Begin by cooking the shrimp. Keep a close eye on the wok and when the shrimp reaches a beautiful shade of pink, remove from wok. Next, add the veggies and cook until done, but crisp and tender. Take care not to overcook. Add the salt, pepper and the dash of curry, if desired. Return shrimp to wok and add your favorite sauce. Serve in tiny boxes, if desired, with chopsticks and fortune cookies. This is also a very fun meal to enjoy on either a large floor mat, or a rug. This dish is not only fun to make, it's very health smart.
