Therefore, opt for shellfish, smaller ocean fish or farm raised fish & eat no more than 12 ounces per week.  Limit tuna to one serving per month or thy wilt grow as loony as a loon.

Enjoy with a small chunk of hot bread dipped in warmed no calorie butter spray, a cup of potato soup, & one cup of either steamed or stir-fried veggies.  The veggies should’st be stir-fried in a no calorie spray.
