As previously mentioned, individuals who include calcium or calcium supplements in their diets lose weight quicker than those who don’t.  It’s just one more great reason why we should include milk products in our diets.  

Our great, low calorie shakes make a fabulous way to do just that, by keeping in tune with your dietary needs.

Many people just don’t like the taste of skimmed milk.  If you’ve experimented with a few of our recipes, you’ve probably discovered that you really can’t tell much (if any) difference when skimmed milk is substituted for whole milk in the shakes.

Whole milk contains about 150 calories per cup while skimmed is a teeny 70 calories.  

As you can see, you can enjoy two times the amount of milk for the same number of calories while cutting about 8 grams of fat from your diet.

So, we might say that skimmed milk is twice as good for you as whole milk!
