CANDY SHAKESCaramel Creme ShakeServes 2 for about 165 calories each 1 ½ cups of ice cold skimmed milk 1 Tablespoon of Heath morsels 2-4 ice cubes 1 Tablespoon of Smuckers Caramel Topping 1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired 4 Tablespoons of whipped topping Reserve just a smidge of morsels, as well as the Caramel Topping for garnish. It will only take a smidge. Blend all ingredients except your reserved garnishing ingredients and the topping until thick and frothy. Serve in chilled glasses. Top each with 2 Tablespoons of whipped topping and drizzle with the reserved caramel topping. Sprinkle on morsels. Diet Shake Tip:
