TROPICAL SHAKES

Whoopsie Daisy Shake

Serves 2 for about 140 calories each

2 cups of ice cold skimmed milk
1-4 ice cubes
1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
1 coconut
1 new paper coffee filter OR napkin OR paper towel OR strainer
Dandelion Flowers (totally optional for garnishing purposes)
1 Tablespoon of REAL Vanilla Extract 

Crack coconut on best friend’s head then pour coconut milk into a 2-cup measuring cup that has been lined with a coffee filter.  Or use your strainer.  Measure out 1 cup of your ‘purified’ coconut milk.

Grate 2 Tablespoons of coconut from your cracked nut (from the coconut).  Pitch grated coconut, coconut milk, vanilla, sweetener and ice cubes into mixing bowl or blender.  Blend until frothy.  Enjoy cold.  Decorate glasses with dandelions if desired.
