CREAMY SHAKESCoconut Pie ShakeServes 4 for about 130 calories each 4 cups of ice cold skimmed milk 1 small box of sugarfree/fatfree instant vanilla pudding 1 teaspoon of REAL vanilla extract 1 ounce of grated coconut 2-4 ice cubes 1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired Blend all ingredients until thick and frothy.
