SHERBET SLIM SHAKESMoon Nectar ShakeServes 3 for about 185 calories each 1 cup of orange sherbet (220 calories per cup) 2 cups of ice cold skimmed milk ½ small carton of whipped topping 1 teaspoon of grated orange peel, if desired 1-3 ice cubes Blend sherbet and milk. In a small bowl, gently combine peel with topping. Reserve 3 Tablespoons of the topping. Alternately layer sherbet mixture in a pretty clear glass with the topping that has been incorporated with the peel. Top each serving with 2 Tablespoons of ‘snow-white’ topping. Serve immediately.
