TROPICAL SHAKESFairy Island ShakeServes 6 for about 135 calories each This ‘shake’ is more of a foamy dessert than shake, but it’s close enough to our topic to include in this awesome shake collection. Grab your spoon or a big straw! We allowed 105 calories per banana – which is about 4 ounces of flesh (no peel counted in the weight). In other words, choose some good-sized bananas for your Fairy Island Shakes. 1 – 12 ounce container of THAWED whipped topping 2 ripened bananas, mashed 2 ripened bananas, sliced 1-4 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired Ground nutmeg Very CAREFULLY, stir topping, MASHED bananas and sweetener together. Again, you must do this very carefully or your topping will go ‘splat’. Carefully spoon into chilled clear parfait glasses – or your favorite serving glasses.
