Belly Dancer Vanilla & Cinnamon Oatmeal

Serves 1 generously for about 195 calories

Easy as pie!  Oatmeal ‘tis not only delicious, but nutritious & hath been touted in reducing barbaric cholesterol levels.

Experiment with the Belly Dancer recipe by adding different extracts such as rum.  Toss in a few raisins – as all villagers know what a treat rum & raisin can be.

Ye Old Ingredients
1 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Oatmeal – Old Fashioned Oats
1 Teaspoon of REAL Vanilla Extract
Dash of Ground Cinnamon
3-5 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener
1 Tablespoon of No Calorie Refrigerated Butter Spray
½ Cup Skimmed Milk

Heat water in microwave till boiling.  Remove & add dryed oats.  Trot off for about 10 minutes. Add milk, cinnamon, vanilla, butter & sweetener.  Stir & enjoy.

Dieting Tips

Consider beginning thy day with a brisk walk down thy lane.  If thy go extra early, perhaps thy can see the new sun rise.

On thy journey, look into thyself.  Think about all thy weight loss goals.  Think about what thou wants to accomplish for the day.  Mentally plan & prepare thyself.  Think about what thou wilt eat & stick to thy morning decision, even when the day grows long & thy hunger tempts thee.  Stick to thy plan, stay strong – the journey wilt end!
