Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Salt & Pepper to Thy Personal Taste
1 Tablespoon No Calorie Refrigerated Butter Spray

Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray.  Add egg that hath been mixed with butter spray, salt, pepper & picante sauce. Scramble till golden brown.  

Fill warm tortilla & enjoy.  Add additional picante if desired.
