The Ingredients for Low Fat Diet Dream Cake - a low fat, low calorie recipe for cake
- 1 vanilla
cake mix prepared according to directions
- 1 container of fat-free whipped topping
- fresh blueberries
- fresh strawberries
- 1 small can of drained crushed pineapple
- 1 container of fat-free whipped topping
Bake cake in a flat, rectangle-type pan. Cool completely and place into the freezer for about 1 hour. Carefully mix pineapple with topping. Be sure to drain the pineapple first.
Next, frost the cake. Layer sliced strawberries into rows to form 'stripes'. Next, add the fresh blueberries into the upper left corner to form the 'stars'.
