That's How the Cookie Crumbles - Using cookie crumbs to add 'Oh Baby' to your diet!

8 Tablespoons of nonfat topping (15 calories per 2 Tablespoons). Crush one SMALL cookie of your choice, such as a gingersnap, and sprinkle it onto the topping. (1 serving for 85 calories). Add a bit of SPLENDA or EQUAL if extra sweetness is desired.

I've Hit Diet Pay Dirt!
- 1 serving
of sugarfree/fatfree instant chocolate pudding
- 1 crushed SMALL chocolate wafer
- 2 Tablespoons of nonfat OR light topping
- 1 crushed SMALL chocolate wafer
Spoon pudding into a pretty serving glass. Add topping. Sprinkle on cookie crumbs.
Lemon Cheesecake Fluff
- 1 bar of LIGHT cream cheese
(not fat free unless you want your tastebuds to revolt)
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel PLUS juice from lemon
- 4 or so packs of Splenda or Equal or your favorite no calorie sweetener
- 6 SMALL lemon cookies
- 2-4 Tablespoons of skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel PLUS juice from lemon
Bring cheese to room temperature (or warm a few seconds in your microwave to soften). Beat until fluffy using the milk and lemon juice; be sure to adjust the liquid as you may prefer your fluff a bit thinner or thicker. Stir in the peel and sweetener.
Enjoy fluff as a fruit OR raw veggie dip.
Our recipe contains about 425 calories - but you'll need to add yours up according to the brands used.
Tip: If your fluff becomes unfluffed and too thin, simply jam it into the fridge for a few hours. It should set up nicely.
