Squire Jack’s Jealous Groom Cookies - A Low Fat, Low Calorie Diet Recipe for Cookies
Serves 24 VERY generously for about 85 calories each so that a groom has more to be happy about than just the wedding night ahead. Or....is that knight? Oh, who cares - as long as Squire Jack gets his cookies....

Ye Old Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Squire Jack's Jealous Groom Cookies
- 1 Eight Ounce Package of Light Cream Cheese
- (Not Fat Free), Softened
- 2 Cups of Flour
- ½ Cup of Cocoa Powder
- ½ Cup of Margarine, Softened
- ¼ Cup of Refrigerated No Calorie Butter Spray
- ¼ Cup of Sugar
- 24 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener
- 1 Teaspoon of REAL Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon of Imitation Butter Flavoring
- (Not Fat Free), Softened
Cream the cheese, butters, sugars, flavorings. Mix flour & cocoa powder well, then incorporate with cheese mixture. Roll into long even log(s). Slice with knife dipped in water. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes. When done, allow to cool then sprinkle with additional cocoa powder, or cinnamon from a shaker.
