FROSTY THE SNOWBALL CAKE - A TASTY HOLIDAY DIET TREAT!
This recipe is Diet Friendly and delicious! It's also ultra easy. You'll want to purchase an angelfood cake that has a hole in the center so that you can fill it with the fresh, healthy fruit.
THE DIET FRIENDLY RECIPE FOR FROSTY THE SNOWBALL CAKE
Purchase an angelfood cake, 1 tub of LIGHT whipped topping, assorted fresh fruit and a lemon. Optional: 1 Tablespoon of Rum or Vanilla Extract; a few packs of Splenda or Equal; a bit of cocoa or cinnamon or nutmeg.

Carefully mix the Tablespoon of extract with the thawed whipped topping. Set cake on a serving plate. Carefully 'frost' the cake. Slice the assorted fruit and use the juice from the lemon to coat it well, so that the fruit doesn't turn dark.
Toss the fruit with the packs of Splenda or Equal and carefully spoon into the center of the cake (where the hole is). Garnish with a fine dusting of either cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, color sugar or some powdered sugar.
