Low Fat Quiche RecipeThis is a no-crust quiche as pie crust contains 80 to 150 calories or more per serving, depending upon the brand or recipe used. Start by beating 6 eggs in a cold bowl. Add 1 cup of shredded low fat cheese and 1 Tablespoon of melted margarine. Add a bit of fresh or dried chopped parsley, salt and black ground pepper. Spray a quiche dish OR a small pie pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking and pour egg mixture into the dish.
