Saving Calories – By substituting low calorie goodies for some ingredients listed in our recipes, thou can save even farther calories.  Examples include: egg substitutes for real eggs; reduced calorie cheeses (tho at times we recommend using REAL cheese) (fake doeth not melt well); reduced calorie meats; sugar-free goodies such as sugar-free syrup rather than honey; reduced calorie bread – & so forth.

Our next chapter outlines foods that thy should’st definitely substitute.  Please abide by these suggestions to achieve maximum weight loss or thy might risk falling off the diet wagon.

Beware that sometimes ‘reduced’ isn’t what it’s cracked up to be!  A good example ‘tis fat reduced saltines.  They contain the same amount of calories as the full blown deal & art not nearly as tasty.
