Try shopping in the village, horseback riding, swimming, bowling, skipping down the village lane, skating, cleaning thy quaint abode, cleaning out thy royal chariot & so forth! - Walk, walk, walk. Walk at thy Village Mall, or thru the village streets. Park thy chariot a ways from the market door. Walk, walk, walk. It be easy on thee, & easy on thy body. Most every Diet Villager can walk. Try to get up to walking 1-2 miles every other day. - Whilst gabbing to the Village Wagtail on thy phone, exercise thy calves. Nay – not thy bawling milk calves. Thy leg calves. - Whilst driving thy royal chariot, flex thy belly muscles. Lean back a bit in thy seat & feel the pull. - Opt for the stairs – always! - Whilst watching thy Eye of the Devil (Village TV) take advantage of exercising during the breaks when thy Villagemongers try to sell thee stuff that thy hath no need of. - A pet summons a crafty way of drumming up exercise. Be certain that thy get a pet foremost because of love, not exercise, tho. Note: Cheshire Cats doeth not take well to exercise tho they do enjoy walking the village streets alone. - One way to help thee stay on an exercise regime is to rent an exercise tape from thy Village Library. Workout every other day for the best results. The day in between helps thy body to recoup. Of course, there be other ways to meet thy fitness needs – from rowing a boat to performing a gypsy dance! However, most normal villagers hath a lot on their plates these days, & we’re not talking about feasting goodies. There be simply too much to do at times to get in a proper amount of fitness. Therefore, the Queen’s utmost rule be walking thy way to fitness. Again, every other day for at least 1 mile. It only takes about 15 minutes & thy be done! At times, thy may’st think that thy hath not lost much weight. One week, thy may’st lose 5 pounds, another week, naught. To keep thee on track, the next time that thy visits thy Village Market, pick up a 5 pound bag of taters. Then, one 10 pound bag of taters. Then, one 15 pound bag of tators. Then one 20 pound bag of tators. It is a lot of weight! Think hard about this wonder for even 5 pounds be a lot of weight! As we move towards our next Act, keep in thy mind that exercise should’st be something that thy wilt stick with – not a fad or a passing fantasy or fancy.
