CUTTING OUT HIGH CALORIE BEVERAGES FOR WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS

For ONE WEEK, try the following Diet Experiment. Be sure and weigh the morning you begin your Diet Experiment and again on the first morning after your experiment has ended.

For one week, cut out all high calorie beverages from your diet. Substitute water OR water with lemon, lime or orange, OR diet sodas, coffee and tea prepared with Equal or Splenda, tomato juice, bullion, etc.  There are also some extremely tasty light cranberry drinks/juices on the market these days for a mere 40 calories per cup.  Hawaiian Punch has also introduced a delicious sugarfree version of their punch which is to live for!

Other beverage suggestions include Crystal Light and lowfat/sugarfree cocoa - generally 25 calories per cup.

Beverages that contain a high sugar content can rack up more calories in your daily total intake than the meals for the day.

After the week is ended, see how well you did on your weight loss scales. Did you lose weight? If so, that tells you something very important about your daily diet.  That being, cutting out these high calorie beverages may be all that you need to do to ensure Weight Loss Success!

As a final note, be sure to drink skimmed milk!  It's been connected to weight loss success in scientific health studies.  Three cups a day can really do a body good!
