For ONE WEEK, try the following Diet Experiment. Be sure and weigh the morning you begin your Diet Experiment and again on the first morning after your experiment has ended.

For one week, take special care in 'meal presentation'. If your meal comes from a cardboard box, empty the contents on a pretty plate and toss out the box.

Set a candle or two on the table. Place a bouquet of flowers there, too. Or a bowl of pretty stones - anything that is pleasing to your eye.

Get out your best china and use it. It's not doing anyone any good locked up in a cabinet collecting dust. Drag out your pretty cloth napkins and laced tablecloth as well - and those placemats etched with geese and daisies. Put on some pleasantly sweet music to also enjoy.

And don't forget the wine glasses.  Fill those with a low calorie beverage, or skimmed milk.

Your dining table should be a magical window that opens up into a beautiful kingdom, a place where you can escape the stress of life. A spot where you can relax and enjoy your meal. When we take time to chew our food, it aids in digestion. And when we take to enjoy our food, it gives our body the necessary time to let the tummy know that we are full.  Generally, it takes 20 minutes for the brain to register that!  So you can see how this Diet Experiment can assist you with weight loss.

Most of the time, you probably don't even realize what passes your lips because the dining environment is so fast-paced and stressful.

So take time and in doing such, you may find that you enjoy your food more and that you actually eat less than you would normally. It may be an important key to your Weight Loss Success!
