Easy, easy, easy! This tasty bread can be on your family table in less than 10 minutes and goes perfectly with our Rich Beef Stew Recipe. Serve with honey and butter if desired.
 
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- shortening or vegetable oil
 
Mix flour, baking powder and salt with water until a thick batter forms. Add water just a little bit at a time. Drop by spoon-full's into the hot oil and cook until golden on one side. Turn and cook on the other side until golden.
